As soon as I started eating a 100% plant based diet, I started losing weight almost instantly. In fact, I lost over 50 pounds within about 5 months.

So here are my top “10 Healthy Vegan Junk Food Recipes To Help You Lose Weight”:

Donna, our bodies thrive whole foods and too much protein is actually bad for us. Have a look at a website called http://www.nutritionfacts.org for lots of great information. Also, watch a movie called Forks Over Knives and read a book called The CHina Study. These are packed full of great information and research.
Very inspiring. Will have to try some of these. They look nice and tasty and the best thing is – they are good for you.
Enjoy!
Did you lose your 50# incorporating exercise?
Do you avoid added ingredients in some canned products or find it doesn’t matter?
Do you limit the amount of avocados, nuts and dates?
Sorry for all the questions. You look beautiful and congratulations on your weight loss.
I am very lazy by nature… so no exercise during the weight loss. Although after losing my weight and going vegan I gained lots more energy and do go walking and general park play now π I just kept everything as whole food as possible and limited my oil intake. I kept a diary and logged what I ate to see what worked and what didn’t π x
