Hi Tammy, it was christmas and I got lazy and forgot to video the last few days (but don’t tell anyone lol). I am subscribed on youtube and facebook! I previously lost 60 lbs on a vegan diet and a ton of exercise, but some of the weight is back and I needed new inspiration. I have very much enjoyed your videos! Every time you say YUM, it makes me want what you’re having. My husband was afraid it was too much fruit/sugar for a day, but I am enjoying the energy first thing in the morning. Thanks again.
