This best ever vegan hollandaise sauce recipe is so tasty and velvet smoothe!

It’s so easy to make and does not use any oil or nuts.

It is one of my favorite vegan sauce recipes to make as it can be used on sandwiches, over potatoes and pasta or even as a super tasty salad dressing.

Let’s get into the recipe for Best Ever Vegan Hollandaise Sauce. Enjoy…

Ingredients:

1 large carrot (90g), steamed or boiled
2 small potatoes (175g), steamed or boiled
3 pinches white pepper
2 tbsps lemon juice
1 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes, optional
1 cup almond milk (or unsweetened plant milk of choice for nut free option – eg. soy, oat)
1 tsp kala namak
1 tsp psyllium husks, optional

1 1/2 cups water (only if needed and as needed)

Directions:

Place all ingredients except for the water in a blender and run for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is well combined and smoothe.

If you need to thin your sauce out, then as splashes of water as needed.
