This vegan chocolate almond milk smoothie is so creamy and delicious – and 100% plant based.
I like to have this after a gym workout, an evening “dessert” or for a quick breakfast on the go.
Just a few simple ingredients and you have a taste sensation ready to enjoy…
Ingredients:
2 cups almond milk (or any plant milk of your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 frozen banana (or banana and some ice cubes)
1 tbsp cacoa powder
3 figs (or dates)
1 pear optional
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (see video at top of page for visual instructions).
This makes 2 serves.
