These chocolate breakfast cereal bites are such a tasty and filling start to the day for vegans and non-vegans alike.

You’ll be loaded with energy and ready to tackle the day ahead thanks to these plant based raw vegan cereal bites – they make the perfect chocolate cereal bowl!

I even have them as a snack later in the day sometimes. So it’s like breakfast and dessert rolled into one.

I like to have them with soy milk over the top but almond or oat milk also tastes amazing…

Ingredients:

1 cup almonds, soaked for at least 2 hours and rinsed off
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup rolled oats
4 dried figs (or pitted dates)
1 cup sultanas or raisins
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
1 tbsp tahini paste
1 cup plant based milk (I used soy)

Directions:
Pour the vanilla over the sultanas and let it soak for a few minutes while you gather all of your ingredients.

Place everything in a food processor and run for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is well combined.

Remove blade from processor and take handfuls of mixture and clump it together. Pull off small pieces at a time and roll them into small ball shapes (I made mine about thumb sized).

Fill a bowl full and top with some plant based milk of your choice. YUM!
