Chocolate potato pudding that tastes like a decadent dessert without the guilt… I say “Yes please”!
This is the best chocolate pudding recipe ever – you won’t believe it’s low fat vegan.
Not only is this delicious low fat pudding 100% plant based, but it is made using potatoes!
This makes it a very healthy alternative to using cashews or avocado as a fatty base to add creaminess to this tasty vegan chocolate dessert.
So easy to make… just throw everything in the blender and eat it up. YUM!
Ingredients:
250g/9 ounces boiled potatoes (about 4 small potatoes)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder of choice
3 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup plant milk, eg soy, oat, coconut, almond
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch coarse celtic sea salt, optional
1 tsp cinnamon
Extra sweetener to taste, eg maple syrup, butterscotch stevia drops
Directions:
Place everything in a blender and run for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is well combined and smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
