Let’s get into this delicious creamy vegan tomato dressing…
Ingredients:
1 can organic diced tomatoes (or 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes)
a few dashes of white pepper
1 tbsp dried mixed italian herbs (or a couple of tablespoons of freshly chopped herbs such as basil, parsley, dill, oregano etc)
1 tsp white miso paste
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/2 medium avocado (skin removed)
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Process until creamy and the texture that you prefer (see video at top of page for visual instructions).
Pour into an air tight container with lid and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
