I myself am a bread lover as well, but I found a bread/cracker recipe thst’s alittle bit of work…but it’s worth it.. It is dehydrated and I usually make 2 large cookie sheets. One for bread and the other crackers. Since I use a very low oven, I do not have a dehydrator…I watch it and take out my bread when its “dry” but still soft and plyable…the crackers stay in until they’re crispy. No more junk filled crackers for me….I can send you the recipe if you like.
Sounds delicious. I used to make a lot of dehydrated bread and crackers… but I usually don’t have the patience to wait a day or 2 to eat it.
Glad to know you like your bread, I make mine at home with a machine.
Do you have a nice easy butter alternative? I love marmite and wondered what would go with it
Thank you
Nick
I haven’t found a good “healthy” butter alternative yet.
