    Thank you Anja ! Just what I was looking for . I binge watched your videos yesterday to get an idea of what a vegan diet is. I just came off of a popular diet here. It was good but I was getting tired of the routine. The holidays really messed me up. I just happened to see you video and You convinced me this is what I have to do at my age. I have to cut out the fats and I didn’t realize how often I cooked with olive oil thinking it was healthy and not thinking how much it was stopping me from losing weight. I shared this with my sisters and my friend. But I am the one who needs this the most. I started buying canned soups for portion control but a photo of myself with my face very swollen from the salty soups ,I had to find a proper diet and this is it if I can do it properly . There are large portions! and all things I like to eat! I wasn’t searching for a new diet I had kind of given up and going back on my pre packaged diet. Your information was a blessing ! All fresh veggies is so nice!
