Dried rice noodles (flat or vermicelli)


Break the rice noodles into finger size pieces.

Place on a non-stick piece of parchment paper or straight on to a plate.

Microwave for 20 – 40 seconds. They will puff and be ready to serve straight away.

They last in a container for weeks once puffed and can be seasoned prior to cooking by wetting with liquid and spices.
