This creamy vegan golden garlic aioli only uses a few simple ingredients and no oil!

It’s so easy to make and is ready to use in minutes.


It is one of my favorite vegan aioli recipes to make as it can be used for dipping potato wedges, in potato salad, mixed through pasta, as a coleslaw dressing, on sandwiches, or anywhere else where you normally like to use aioli.

Let’s get into the recipe for Vegan Golden Garlic Aioli! Enjoy…

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp turmeric
1 -2 cloves garlic
20ml/1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp kala namak, or celtic sea salt to taste
1 medium boiled potato (115g/4oz)
unsweetened plant based milk as needed, 1/8 cup at a time

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a small blender and run for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is smooth and creamy.

If you need to thin your aioli out, then add splashes of plant milk as needed.
