    Hi Anja. Do you still suffer from migraines since you went vegan / plant-based? I get them a lot and the number of triggers seems to be increasing as time goes by. Thanks. RM

    Also, how long did it take your energy levels to rise on a plant-based diet? Did you find they improved even when you were eating a transition diet with fake meats, etc.? Thank you.

      Within about 1 month… even with some vegan junk foods at the time.
