This natural sleep smoothie is loaded with powerful plant foods that have been shown to help you get a better night’s sleep.
The easy to find ingredients are available at any grocery store and it’s a great mix to drink before going to bed at night.
Not only is it loaded with nutrients, but it will keep you comfortably full so you can have a restful night of sleep.
Ingredients:
SERVES 1 – 2
1 mug of brewed chamomile tea (hot or cooled)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 kiwi fruits
2 tbsps rolled oats, I use organic
1 small cooked sweet potato, boiled or baked
a dash of cinnamon is optional
Directions:
Place everything in a blender until everything is well combined and creamy.
Serve and enjoy!
