This no oil vegan caesar salad dressing is amazing! Not only is it oil free, but it is also nut free.
It’s hard to believe that this recipe is actually healthy and low calorie. Now you can avoid the extra fat and calories and load your salad, veges, pasta or even potato salad with this delicious caesar sauce.
It is even great as a sandwich spread if you make it a bit thicker by using less of the liquid.

Ingredients:
1-2 small boiled potatoes (I leave skin on, but you can remove if you prefer)
1 cup plant milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes, optional
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp coarse celtic sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (see video at top of page for visual instructions).
NOTE: to thicken, add more potatoes OR for a thinner version, add more plant milk.
