This nut free plant based milk is so creamy and delicious.

Make it at home in just minutes using a blender.

Not only is it great to drink on its own, but it’s great in cooking and even as a coffee creamer.

Ingredients:

1 banana, fresh or frozen
4 cups water
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup hemp seeds

Directions:

Place everything in a blender until everything is well combined and creamy.

Serve and enjoy!

Store in a bottle or jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 5 days.
