This pina colada vegan protein smoothie is so creamy and delicious – and 100% plant based.
I like to have this after a gym workout, an evening “dessert” or for a quick breakfast on the go.
Just a few simple ingredients and you have a taste sensation ready to enjoy…
80g/3oz pineapple (fresh, frozen or canned)
1 medium frozen banana
1-2 tbsp Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (or 2 tbsp rolled oats or 1 tbsp hemp seeds + dash vanilla extract)
150ml/5oz almond milk
150ml/5oz coconut water
1 small handful mint leaves
1 tbsp chia seeds, optional but adds to creaminess
Place all ingredients into a blender.
