Hi Anja!
I made this mousse for dessert this evening and it was simply divine! I didn’t have any vanilla extract so I made it without, but it was still absolutely delicious! I also used raw cacao powder. I am so thrilled to find something to satisfy my choccy cravings that is good for me! Thank you so much for sharing such wonderful recipes and for being such an inspiration to those of us following a plant-based diet!
Happy New Year! Warm wishes from the UK! Caitlin XX
Ps. (I also made the cheese but used too much miso, so next time I’ll be more careful with my measurements! It was far too strong).
Thanks for the feedback Caitlin. Lovely to hear that you are enjoying the recipes as much as I do 🙂 More coming soon xx
I brought this to a women’s function we were having at our church. Everyone was to bring a healthy dish. Well it was a HIT!!!!! Everyone wanted the recipe!!! No one could believe that it wasn’t made of dairy – it was so light and creamy. I love the flavor of orange and chocolate together. I have learned so much since finding your website. This looks amazing! I think I’m going to try it as a cake frosting 😀
Oh, my! What a treat! I used the juice of a freshly squeezed orange that I had zested for Carrot Cake Energy balls.
I am making this for dessert tomorrow for Christmas dinner. My entree is going to be your stuffed maple glazed eggplant with rice and broccoli. I can’t wait to eat !!! Merry Christmas !!
OMG! Anja, that was mind blowing and I only had like 2 spoons full. My husband couldn’t even tel me what was inside it was so well blended together. We both thought it was amazing. I am on week 4 of no sweets so I really fancied something chocolaty.
Thank You 🙂
I don’t like avocado, is there that can take its place?ELLA
Possibly banana and dates. Or black sapote if you can get a hold of it.
