3 Ingredient Apricot Bliss Balls

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse about 5 to 10 times to get the mixture started.
  2. Continue to process the mixture for a couple of minutes or until all of the ingredients are broken down and combined. It should easily stick together when you hold the mixture in your hands.
  3. Turn the processor off and remove the blade.
  4. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll into small balls.
  5. Serve as is, or roll the balls in some extra desiccated coconut for a delicious outer coating.
