Almond Vegan Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almonds, blanched (or other nuts of choice)
- 1/2 cup Filtered Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp coarse celtic sea salt
Servings: Serves (Approx)

- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is creamy yet still has some texture to it. Best served cold, but you can serve it straight away if you like.

Sounds like a great recipe. How long will it keep in the fridge? I live alone so I can’t use up things all at once. Could it freeze well?
It will keep for about a week in the fridge. I haven’t tried freezing it, but it should work fine.
I love your videos. I like the song at the beginning but love that you don’t have music playing throughout your videos. Background music no matter how soft is very annoying when you’re trying to hear the information about the recipe and unfortunately most cooking videos do have music. This makes a great sandwich spread also, I added 1/2 c frozen spinach & tweaked the spices to include dill weed and garlic. Spread onto bread, top with lettuce and drizzle with sesame oil – Yum!
