Sounds like a great recipe. How long will it keep in the fridge? I live alone so I can’t use up things all at once. Could it freeze well?

It will keep for about a week in the fridge. I haven’t tried freezing it, but it should work fine.

I love your videos. I like the song at the beginning but love that you don’t have music playing throughout your videos. Background music no matter how soft is very annoying when you’re trying to hear the information about the recipe and unfortunately most cooking videos do have music. Turns me off the channel immediately. Your videos are to the point with the recipe. They’re perfect. Thank you

I’ve been slowly switching to a vegetarian diet and find your recipes easy & tasty and really inexpensive. By any chance do you have a vegetarian grocery list for starters. What do you recommend to always buy to be able to make this delicious recipes. It would be a nice idea to add a grocery list to your blog!!!! Thank you in advance.

This makes a great sandwich spread also, I added 1/2 c frozen spinach & tweaked the spices to include dill weed and garlic. Spread onto bread, top with lettuce and drizzle with sesame oil – Yum!
