Frozen Blue Berries
Let them defrost before adding to the ice-cream so there is a nice pool of blue juice
First up, you will need a fairly powerful food processor to get through the frozen bananas.
Using an S blade simply add all the ingredients to the processor and blend until the mixture is creamy.
Manually stir in the blue berries until you have a nice swirl effect then serve ASAP – this is too delicious to wait!
