Today chef Adam from www.ifeelgood.com.au joins me again to share his favorite vegan breakfast recipe with us. It is a bright and colorful bowl filled with berries, chia and bircher muesli. The combination is tasty, looks great and is super good for you.

So quick and easy to make and a favorite with kids and adults alike, give it a try.
Mix the raw muesli with water and let sit until soft. You can even leave this mixture in the refrigerator to have on hand whenever you want to make this breakfast.
Next, mix the chia seeds and water in a screw top jar and shake a few times to get a nice gel mix. Again, this can also be kept on hand in the refrigerator and used whenever you like.
Place the bananas and frozen berries in a blender and blend until smooth.
Now put the berry mix in a bowl and top with bircher muesli, chia gel and anything else you would like to have on top for crunch (such as baked muesli, dehydrated buckwheat groats, dates, seeds, nuts etc)
