My Favorite Plant Based Lentil Breakfast Dish – Lentil Bruschetta

Lentil Bruschetta for breakfast (lunch or dinner too) is one of my favorite go-to meals. It’s loaded with lots of fresh flavors and keeps you full for hours. I love eating this after a workout or when I know I have a big day ahead of me. So tasty and delicious!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Get fresh bread slice or toast it first if preferred.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir through gently until well combined.
  3. Serve the lentil bruschetta mixture either on top of the bread or along side. YUM!
