This tasty broccoli salad is taken to a whole new level thanks to the orange tahini dressing.
Such a delicious salad dressing that is quick and easy to makes and will make your taste buds party!
Broccoli Salad with Orange Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- Salad Ingredients
- 2 - 4 handfuls Mixed Lettuce Leaves
- 2 - 4 handfuls Broccoli chopped into bite sized pieces
- 0.25 cup blanched almonds or slivered almonds/sesame seeds/pumpkin seeds
- Optional extras tofu, mushrooms, noodles, carrots
- Dressing Ingredients
- 0.5 Cup Orange Juice freshly juiced
- 2 tbs Tahini
- 1 tbs Miso paste
- 1 tbs Tamari/Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil optional, leave out for oil free version

Salad Dressing
- Place all of the dressing ingredients into a screw top jar and shake until well combined.
Salad Assembly
- Spread the mixed lettuce on a large plate or serving platter.
- Place the broccoli over the top and sprinkle with blanched almonds.
- Pour the dressing over and if you have some left over you can put the lid back on the jar and store it in the fridge for about 3 days.
- ... And now it is time to enjoy 🙂
