Ingredients

Instructions
Salad Dressing
  1. Place all of the dressing ingredients into a screw top jar and shake until well combined.
Salad Assembly
  1. Spread the mixed lettuce on a large plate or serving platter.
  2. Place the broccoli over the top and sprinkle with blanched almonds.
  3. Pour the dressing over and if you have some left over you can put the lid back on the jar and store it in the fridge for about 3 days.
  4. ... And now it is time to enjoy 🙂

    That dressing is divine – thanks Anya. Pairing it with the haloumi cheese recipe and not sure if the “cheese” will actually make it to the plate – it’s fantastic too.

    This looks wonderful! I just bought broccoli !
    I recently found your Videos so excited… I am sick in bed and they have been a much needed distraction. Making list ideas of what I want to cook first. Thank you for sharing.
    I have been a vegetarian since 2007 and a off and on vegan for awhile. You have inspired me! I love your sweet reminders to have the ingredients on hand. It really does make all the difference ! I will continue to watch, learn and try new recipes! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    The recipe Sodium Content is too high with the ingredient Soy sauce and Miso.
