  1. Drain soaked dates and keep the soak liquid to soak more dates for your next batch of caramel (or use in smoothies, cookies etc)
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

You can place this caramel sauce in the freezer and serve straight from there because it stays soft 🙂
