Warning! This recipe is so yummy you will have to make double! We love it on apples, banana, baked desserts or even straight out of the jar!
No-Cook Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups Dates soaked in juice of 1 lemon + water (keep soak water)
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 TBS Vanilla Extract (pure)
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 1 Tsp Salt

Instructions
- Drain soaked dates and keep the soak liquid to soak more dates for your next batch of caramel (or use in smoothies, cookies etc)
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
You can place this caramel sauce in the freezer and serve straight from there because it stays soft 🙂
