Chocolate Black Bean Brownies
Let me show you the magic of black beans and how you can make them taste decadent and naughty, but really they are giving your body a massive nutrition kick.

  1. To start with you will need a Food processor, an 8″ x 8″ glass baking tray and your oven set to 170C/350 F
  2. Add the black beans, bananas, agave, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla to the food processor and process until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Now add the oats and fold them into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into your lightly oiled baking tray.
  5. Pop the tray in the oven for 30 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and use a skewer or similar to check whether it’s cooked properly.
  7. Let the brownies cool for 15 minutes then serve!
