This rich and tasty chocolate peanut butter breakfast bowl is like a smoothie mousse and is a perfect recipe to serve up for valentine’s day breakfast! This is true vegan love and decadence in a bowl!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Ingredients
- 1 large Banana peeled
- 5 large Medjool Dates pitted
- 1/2 cup Plant Milk eg. rice, almond, coconut, soy milk etc
- 2 tbs Cacao Powder
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbs Peanut Butter
- Optional Toppings
- Strawberries, sliced bananas, flaked cococonut
- Cacao Nibs, Peanuts, Peanut Butter etc
Servings: serves

Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and mousse like!
- Pour smoothie mixture into a flat bowl and top with any toppings you like.

My blender is a sunbeam cafe series and my food processor is a breville.
