Coconut Cranberry Cookies

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees celcius).
  2. Place all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir through so all dry ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients and the cranberries to the bowl.
  5. Gently mix everything together with a wooden spoon.
  6. Put a sheet of non-stick baking paper on your baking tray and measure out 1 tablespoon amounts of cookie batter (I like to use a cookie scoop to do this so they are all the same size).
  7. Put in the oven for 10 minutes, allow to cool and enjoy!!! YUMMY!!!!

    Tried them today and they turned out good!
    I made some changes to the recipe because I didn’t have all the ingredients in hand but they were excellent! : )
