Coconut Cranberry Cookies – Gluten Free!
These delicious coconut cranberry cookies are super easy to make and taste great. Better still they are gluten free and have no dairy!
eg. Soy, Almond, Rice etc
or maple syrup or coconut nectar syrup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees celcius).
Place all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Stir through so all dry ingredients are well combined.
Add the wet ingredients and the cranberries to the bowl.
Gently mix everything together with a wooden spoon.
Put a sheet of non-stick baking paper on your baking tray and measure out 1 tablespoon amounts of cookie batter (I like to use a cookie scoop to do this so they are all the same size).
Put in the oven for 10 minutes, allow to cool and enjoy!!! YUMMY!!!!
