Ingredients
Servings: cups approx. Units:
Instructions
  1. Place everything except the spinach and artichokes in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the spinach and artichokes and pulse about 5 times so you still have the chunkier texture through the main dip. If you prefer a total smooth dip, just blender everything together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!

    You could even add some nutritional yeast to give it that cheesy flavor that artichoke/spinach dip usually has. Thanks for the recipe, I can’t wait to try it 🙂

    I noticed you recommend coarse Celtic sea salt in your recipes…would fine ground work as well? That is what I have on hand.

    So good, Anya! Taking this to a New Year’s Eve party tonight. I didn’t have any cannellini beans..so I used garbanzo, and it is soooo good. I hope I don’t eat it all before the party!
