Place everything except the spinach and artichokes in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the spinach and artichokes and pulse about 5 times so you still have the chunkier texture through the main dip. If you prefer a total smooth dip, just blender everything together until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
