Cashew Nut Milk
Today I show you to make homemade creamy cashew milk that is naturally sweetened and tastes lovely and fresh. It is smooth and delicious – perfect for over cereal, in a smoothies, in soups or curries… or just on its own. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on store bought cashew nut milk when you can make your own so easily. Enjoy!

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blend. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Strain mixture through a nut milk bag or piece of cheesecloth.
  3. Squeeze the nut milk bag gently until all of the liquid is out.
  4. This is now ready to use. Or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 – 3 days. (Tastes best fresh).
Recipe Notes

You could use almonds, hazelnuts, macadamias etc They all work just as well.

The pulp can be used in oatmeal, cookies etc
