Instructions
  1. Firstly you will need a large frying pan. Crumble up the tofu into small pieces so it takes on the look of scrambled eggs
  2. Add all the other ingredients into the mix.
  3. Set your cooktop to high and place the fry pan on the heat.
  4. Put aside about half a cup of water next to the frypan in case you will need it should the tofu begins to stick to the pan.
  5. Stirring regularly, heat the scramble through and stir for about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the scramble with a side of toast and garnish with fresh tomato, herbs (I like chives, fresh coriander) and even some fresh chilli if you like spice!

Loved the tofu scramble. I used the garlic and onion powder, left out the curry. It was so yummy with toast and jam.

Hi: Just wanted to confirm that the recipe calls for 2 tsp and not 2 tbsp as it shows, but not viewed, for the curry powder. For those viewers who don’t cook much.

Help! What brand of nonstick pans do you use? I need to update mine!
