No Batter Fruit Bread Waffles with Cinnamon Cashew Cream!
These fruit bread waffles are so easy to make and the cinnamon cashew cream makes them even more of a winner! Great for a quick vegan breakfast or dessert, you’ll want to make these again and again!

1serve 2minutes 3-5minutes
  1. Place the fruit bread slice into your waffle maker and cook while you make your cashew cream.
  2. Blend the soaked cashews with all of the remaining cashew cream ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve the crispy waffle, topped with fruit and cashew cream. Keep extra cashew cream for more waffles or put in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
