Indian Spiced Carrot Hummus Dip

This Indian Spiced Carrot Hummus is the perfect dip for any party, get together or just as a quick snack.

The light hints of curry flavor combine perfectly with coconut cream and chickpeas to bring together one of the best dips I have ever tasted!

Truly one of my all time favorite vegan hummus dips.

This hummus dip is beyond good. I’m a mother, mother-in-law and gramma and finally about 99% vegan and loving it. Your recipes are so good and fun to make.

    Thank you!!!

Another delicious recipe Anja, thank you. Yes, the flavours are amazing, I made a second batch today, this time using steamed pumpkin instead of carrot, it is very good too. I make a lot of hummus so always interested to try a new recipe. Makes a quick lunch with some pita and raw veges.

I didn’t have coconut cream on hand so I just kind of “wung it” and started making it without to see what the consistency would be like and add what I had accordingly. Kept some of the bean water on hand like in your other hummus recipe. In the end, it turned out great with just all the other ingredients! Very happy with this recipe – always nice to get a little beta carotene with your protein. And as always, no oil is great! 😉
