This Indian Spiced Carrot Hummus is the perfect dip for any party, get together or just as a quick snack.
The light hints of curry flavor combine perfectly with coconut cream and chickpeas to bring together one of the best dips I have ever tasted!
Truly one of my all time favorite vegan hummus dips.
- 2 large carrots peeled, diced and steamed soft
- 1 clove Garlic
- 400 gram Can Chickpeas, drained reserve a few chickpeas for decoration
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp coarse celtic sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 3 tbs coconut cream
- 2 tbs Filtered Water
- Optional Toppings for decoration: chickpeas, fresh herbs eg. cilantro/coriander, cumin seeds, coconut cream
