Indian Spiced Carrot Hummus Dip
This Indian Spiced Carrot Hummus is the perfect dip for any party, get together or just as a quick snack. The light hints of curry flavor combine perfectly with coconut cream and chickpeas to bring together one of the best dips I have ever tasted! Truly one of my all time favorite vegan hummus dips.

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with whatever toppings you would like to add eg. chickpeas, fresh herbs eg. cilantro/coriander, cumin seeds, coconut cream.
  3. Serve with fresh cut vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, red bell peppers etc), crackers or poppadoms! YUMBO!
