  1. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined. Scrape down any bits that have not been mixed through and pulse again.
  2. Remove blade from food processor and shape the mixture into small bite-size balls.
  3. Roll in coconut to coat the outside, or leave as if you prefer them uncoated.
