No Cook Instant Blender Gravy
If you want a super quick no cook gravy that takes just minutes to make in your blender, then this is it. I love this with hot no oil fries or served with mashed potatoes… but basically this will make anything tastes amazing! So easy to make and no need to turn on the stove. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 425 grams Tinned Chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 cups Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 1/4 cups Scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp Miso paste soy, chickpea or rice varieties are all great
- 2 tbsp Tamari or Soy sauce, braggs or coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1 large clove Garlic peeled
- 1 tsp Dried Sage Leaves or other dried herbs of choice
- 1-2 cups Hot boiled water
Instructions
- Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
