LOVE, LOVE this dressing! It is now my Go-to dressing!
Love this recipe it’s a hit every time. I’ve taken it to several events over Thai noodle salad I take the recipe with me it’s so well liked.
So glad that you like it as much as I do 🙂
Love this sauce. I have used this sauce like gravey when I need something quick. Have made it several times.
So glad you liked it 🙂
Just made this. Right before I realised I had no white vinegar. I used fresh lemon juice (same qty 1tbsp). Very nice, thank you.
Perfect as is, but I added pureed ginger (in my Vitamix) and a dab of white miso paste which thickened it slightly and added an unami pump. I also did not have plain white vinegar so used seasoned rice vinegar which probably sweetened it even more. Would be good on a cabbage salad with toasted sesame seeds (maybe I’ll add a dab of tahini instead of miso next round). Thanks for this recipe! I’ll use it on noodles and in stir fry. Not just on salad!!
Your improvisations sound delicious!!
Hi there, great recipe! Where can I find that sweet chili sauce? Could you please share the name brand?
Wondering the same. Do you have a recipe to make our own sweet chili sauce?
Yes I do: https://cookingwithplants.com/recipe/sweet-chilli-dressing/
Great recipe idea! Is the chili sauce spicy? Is there anything that would be good substitution? Thank you!
The recipe uses “sweet” chilli sauce, not spicy.
