Thank you for sharing this recipe, Anja! Tried it and loved the taste a lot, but I found the mushrooms (Portobello) extremely soggy. Would you have any idea how to avoid that part? I never soak or wash my mushrooms in general, only wipe them with damp towel. Thank you on advance, Ella
