This is a quick and easy breakfast porridge smoothie recipe  if you are in a hurry. It only takes a couple of minutes to make and will give you loads of nutrients and fiber to get you through the morning.
Just blend and pour… and breakfast is served.
Note: You can use a dairy free milk instead of water to make it extra creamy… add cinnamon for extra kick… and add in maple syrup if you want it even sweeter 🙂
