Ingredients
  • 10 whole Medjool Dates Pitted
  • 1 whole Banana Ripe
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract I used vanilla powder in this video, but I prefer liquid vanilla extract
  • 1 litre water depending on how thick you prefer your smoothies
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Super fast, health, easy and surprisingly filling for a busy morning schedule!
