- 2 large Red Bell Peppers (capsicums)
- 2 small Red Chillies
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsps Coarse Celtic Sea Salt, or to taste
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Chickpea Brine use the liquid from a can of chickpeas (or from a can of cannellini beans). Alternatively use vegetable stock and 1 tsp psyllium husks or ground flax seeds).
- 1 slice Bread
