This thick and creamy salted caramel hot chocolate will put take you to chocolate heaven! It tastes so decadent and rich, contains no dairy and is full of delicious plant based ingredients. Dairy free and so rich and creamy! This is a fabulous vegan treat and you can even make it really thick and have it as a pudding for dessert. YUM!

  1. Add all of the main ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Mine took about 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a pot and heat, stirring constantly until it thickens to your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a mug and top with a dollop of coconut cream, a splash of maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt. YUM!
