When I read your post, it just so happens that I have baked sweet potatoes in the fridge and was excited to see your smoothie post. I immediately made it with a few changes; I added a tiny dash of pepper, it’s critical in turmeric absorption and I used Jubjube dates, loaded in antioxidants and not as sweet as regular dates (I missed out on the sweet tooth). This was such a delicious, nutritious and unusual breakfast. Thank you for this yummy breakfast. It felt like you were here preparing it with me.

Thank you for all your creative meals,
    JoJo

    Great recipe and video.

You truly have an attractive and soothing spirit on camera persona and presentation.

On the other hand, your opening song is shrill, off key, off putting and terrible.

Please get rid of this song.

Or just get a better singer.

    Sorry!

Thank you. As for the song, people either love it or hate it… the sign of a memorable jingle I guess.

I really enjoy the recipes that you provide and I look forward for the next one. Being that I’m a diabetic I look for d nutritional values in my foods. Is it possible that you can include the nutritional values in your recipes? Thanks and keep those recipes coming.
