My friend Bina shows me how to make turmeric milk latte – vegan style! This is based on a traditional indian recipe and is the best golden milk ever! So simple and tasty – and all the health benefits of turmeric! Great for building your immune system, fighting off coughs and colds and a great anti-inflammatory for those with arthritis etc Enjoy!

1Cup 1minute 5minutes
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Warm the mixture over low to medium heat for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes aromatic and thickens slightly.
  4. Serve as is and chew on the turmeric pieces as you drink your drink… or strain for a smooth and silky texture.
