What might the reason be for the Miso Paste? Taste, texture or consistency?? Thanks 🙂

Taste. It is a salty and cheesy flavor. You can use a bit of tahini and sea salt or tamari instead if you prefer.

This is a really, really tasty sauce which feels creamy and decadent but is so nutritious! Thanks for the recipe

I was disappointed in this recipe. I started the recipe exactly as you had put down, except that I haved all of the ingredients. After putting 2 cups of water into the blender, I stopped and blended it for a little bit . Good thing that I stopped, because it was so watery anyway that I had to add cornstarch to thicken it up! Also, it was pretty bland, I had to add a lot of other spices to give it some flavor. However, this is the first recipe of recipes of Anna’s that I haven’t liked. I would just recommend using less water.

The original recipe only calls for one and a half cups of water. If you halved all of the other ingredients, you should have only used 3/4 cups of water.

I made this last night without nutritional yeast and it was DELICIOUS!!! Then tonight with nutritional yeast and it was really good but I’ve decided I like it better without. Next I will be making your Vegan Alfredo Potato Bake. I’m excited to try the version of alfredo sauce in that recipe.
    THANK YOU
