This 1 Minute oatmeal banana vegan cake in a mug recipe uses a few simple ingredients. It is the perfect blend of oatmeal and banana cake it one. Great for a quick breakfast or to indulge your sweet tooth with a single serve cake that tastes delicious!
Vegan Cake In a Mug - Oatmeal Banana!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Rolled Oats
- 3 tbsp Wholewheat Flour or flour of choice, plain flour, gluten free flour etc
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Plant Milk (I used organic soy milk)
- 1/2 small Mashed Banana About 2 tablespoons worth
- 3 slices Banana optional for decoration

- Place everything into a large mug or cup and stir until all the ingredients are mixed well and resemble a batter. This will take about half a minute to a minute.
- Place 3 slices of banana on the top.
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute and check if it has cooked. If it has risen and the center bounces back when you touch it, you know it is done. If it needs a bit longer, place it back in 30 seconds at a time until done. It shouldn't take longer than a total of 3 minutes max. Enjoy!
