Vegan Pizza In a Mug – Easy Food Hack Idea!

This 1 Minute vegan pizza in a mug is a simple stir, top, microwave and eat recipe! Just a few simple ingredients and you can indulge your pizza cravings with a single serve delight that tastes amazing. This is an easy food hack idea and a perfect recipe for kids (or big kids like me)!

  1. Place all of the pizza base ingredients into a mug or large cup and stir until all the ingredients are mixed well and resemble a batter. This will take about half a minute to a minute.
  2. Plop the tomato paste over the top and then place the other toppings evenly over the top also.
  3. Add all of the Cheesy Topping ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth and mixed together. Pour this evenly over your pizza toppings.
  4. Place in the microwave for 1 minute and check if the base has cooked. If it needs a bit longer, place it back in 10 seconds at a time until done. Enjoy!
