This vegan pouring cream is so delicious and smooth you won’t believe it doesn’t have any dairy! It’s perfect as a pouring cream for desserts and is also great as a coffee creamer!

Ingredients
  • 250 mL Plant Milk Any plant milk of your choice, I used unsweetened soy milk
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum See notes at bottom of recipe

Instructions
  1. Pour plant milk of choice into blender, add small portion of xanthan gum (you can always add more later if it needs to be thicker, but you don't want to add too much).
  2. Blend for a few seconds to mix and it's ready to serve!

Any plant milk will work (preferably unsweetened). For coffee creamer, use coconut milk and add a small amount of sugar.
