For those transitioning to a Vegan diet you may be tempted by some old family classics. Some of my German family used to love ‘Met’ a family favourite made with raw mince and various spices. Little did they know that you could recreate the flavour and even texture with my new Vegan Steak Tartare!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Firstly, add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  2. Add 1/4 cup boiling water and begin mixing the ingredients together
  3. Keep adding boiling water by the 1/4 cup until the texture looks and feels right (see video)
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to let the moisture soak into the rice cakes
